The Bellagio was constructed on the grounds that once held the Dunes Hotel and Casino. While the property still held the Dunes, it was widely rumored that the lounge at the top of the hotel sported a blue light and voices after the lounge was closed and everyone had gone home, except the people that were left to pass that report to the rest of the world. Not sure if that activity still occurs now that the Bellagio stands on that lot.
