Make the experience of a visit to a farmers market the greenest it can be by walking or biking to get there. If that’s not convenient, no harm done. I have a toddler and our closest market is unfortunately over 10 miles away. That said, we do our part by bringing reusable cloth shopping bags with us on our trip.

If you live or are visiting another area of the sate or country, considering visiting Local Harvest to find farmers markets in the area.
