Give Your Wedding a Personal Touch: Nail Designs to Wear Down the Aisle

Nail Designs, Red Nail Polish, White Wedding

Your wedding day is going to be one of the biggest days of your life. What you want done to your nails is much more significant than most brides tend to realize. While you could simply vouch for a French manicure at a professional nail salon like so many other brides are doing these days, the question remains: would you feel truly satisfied choosing the generic option or would you find more satisfaction in choosing to honor your big day by contributing with your own craftsmanship?

Love Birds

You’ve seen them everywhere in the stores on Valentine’s Day and in the wedding department of any shop. They’re used as pendants, chocolate candies, and even cake toppers. Well, it just so happens there is another use for them and you will find this one on your very hands!

To capture the love birds in nail art, you will need handy a base polish, a solid red nail polish, a nail art pen in white, and a finishing nail polish.

First, begin by brushing on the base polish. After five to ten minutes of drying time, apply the red nail polish to each one of your nails. Then, allow an hour of drying time before moving on.

Next, take your nail art pen in white and very carefully, paint a picture of two happy love birds together. They should both be facing each other and resemble a soft, smooth appearance. Once you’ve completed this, allow another hour for drying time.

Finally, finish and seal the design with the base polish that works just as well as a glossy clear finishing nail polish and allow a few minutes to dry. Now it’s safe to say, here comes the bride!

Wedding Bells

Ah, the delightful image of elegant, white wedding bells ringing intimately in the quiet stillness of the loving presence of both you and your man alone together. What a magical sight it would be to capture this lovely image with an artistic approach!

First, you will need to brush on a base coat of nail polish. Once dry, get out your solid purple nail polish and decide whether you want a thick coat or several thinner applications instead. Then, apply accordingly.

Now that you’ve allowed for sufficient drying time, take your white nail art pen and gracefully, capture the white wedding bells down on each of your nails. Once dry, add the finishing clear nail polish to seal in the design.

Heart

You really can’t go wrong with hearts at a wedding, no matter where they are or how they are presented. It’s the whole reason the bride and groom are there in the first place. That being said, I can’t think of a more fitting design to place on your nails.

Once again, begin by simply brushing on the base polish and then allowing a few minutes for drying time. Next, take your solid nail polish in white and apply to each nail.

After your nails have dried, get out your red nail art pen and draw a big, beautiful, bright red heart. Once dry, apply the final clear coat of nail polish.

Want to make your wedding day unique and personable? Then, don’t be afraid of breaking some of the rules and making it the wedding you always dreamed about!
