Our favorite e-card at higreetings.com was the “Blessed Good Friday” e-card featuring Hot Cross Buns. My daughter enjoys making hot cross buns and has learned to play the song on her violin so this was her pick for sending to her friends for Good Friday. The background music is lovely. Most of their cards feature Jesus, the crown of thorns and messages about the crucifixion.

However, if you don’t mind a sign up and really want an elegant and unique Good Friday, then AmericanGreetings.com may be for you.

My overall favorite free Good Friday greeting card is an animated e-card called “You are in my heart” featuring a beautiful heart with a blue sky background, white flowers in the foreground and a sparkling cross.
It includes the scripture: “I thank my God, making mention of thee always in my prayers.” Philemon 1:4
It reads: On Good Friday and always… you are in my heart and prayers.”
