There are two farmers markets in Flagler County that are open on Friday and Saturday. Each of these farmers markets offers the areas freshest produce and even the occasional baked good at unbeatable prices. FlaglerBeach Farmers Market: The Flagler Beach Farmer’s Market is open every Friday and Saturday throughout the entire year. While the market opens early in the morning and remains open until about 3 in the afternoon some of the best deals can be found mid morning. On hot summer days you will notice that the Flagler Beach Farmer’s Market vendors sometimes close a bit earlier to beat the heat but at other times there will be large events held at the market place that will have vendors there much later than 3 in the afternoon. For North and East Palm Coast residents as well as Flagler Beach residents this is the farmers market to check out for the freshest local produce. The Flagler Beach farmer’s market is located at the east end of State Road 100 directly across from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean!

Some of the best fresh strawberries, corn on the cob, lettuce and tomatoes, potatoes, lemons and oranges and limes, bell peppers, watermelons, cantaloupes, onions, carrots, and even mangos come right from local growers and farmers in the area. PalmCoast Flea and Farmer’s Market: This market is relatively new to the area and has yet to become quite as established as the Flagler Beach farmer’s market which was started back in 1979. However, the Palm Coast Farmers Market does offer some great deals on fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers and it is expected that as time goes on this market will develop more fully into a very large flea and farmers market with hundreds of different vendors on a weekly basis. The Palm Coast farmers market is located on US-1 which is on the west side of Palm Coast making it a great farmers market choice for west and south Palm Coast residents as well as Bunnell residents. This market is open to sell fresh produce on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The deals at the Palm Coast farmer’s markets are excellent when it comes to the freshest local produce. Every type of fresh fruits and vegetables imaginable that can possibly be locally grown can be found at this market for very low prices. Fresh fruits such as citrus, grapes and even Florida pears can be purchased at really low prices from the local farmers at the Palm Coast farmers market in Flagler County.
