I recently started playing Mafia Wars on Facebook, and it is addicting! I spend more time doing jobs than I do fighting, and have gotten frustrated when trying to remember which jobs I needed to complete more than once, so that I could pick up looted items that are needed to complete more jobs. I’ve compiled a “cheat sheet”, so that other players can find what they are looking for, and stop wasting time idly completing jobs. You can also hover your pointer over the loot bag on the individual jobs to find out what the potential loot is.
Keep in mind, you won’t pick up loot each time you complete the job.
Street Thug (Levels 1 – 4)
Beat Up Rival Gangster: .22 Pistol
Rob a Pimp: 9mm Semi-Automatic
Future Jobs: .22 Pistol needed for “Fix the Big Game” job on the Consigliere Level.
Associate (Levels 5 – 8)
Collect Protection Money: Butterfly Knife
Rough Up Dealers: Brass Knuckles
Take Out a Rogue Cop: .45 Revolver
Perform a Hit: Tactical Shotgun
Future Jobs:
You will need the Tactical Shotgun to complete “Clip the Irish Mob’s Local Enforcer” on the Soldier level, and “Flip a Snitch” job on the Capo level.
You will need the .45 revolver to complete the “Whack a Rival Crew Leader” job on the Capo level.
Soldier (Levels 9 – 12)
Destroy Enemy Mob Hideout: C4
Kill a Protected Snitch: Stab-Proof Vest
Bust a Made Man Out of Prison: Automatic Rifle
Fight a Haitian Gang: Semi-Automatic Shotgun
Clip the Irish Mob’s Local Enforcer: Automatic Rifle
Steal a Tanker Truck: Firebomb and Semi-Automatic Shotgun
Future Jobs:
You will need the firebombs to complete the “Burn Down a Tenement” job on the Enforcer level.
You will need the Automatic Rifle to complete the “Steal an Air Freight Delivery” job on the Capo Level, the “Snuff
a Rat” and “Ransom a Businessman’s Kids” jobs on the Consigliere Level, and the “Break Into the Armory” and “Rip off the Armenian Mob” jobs on the Underboss Level.
You will need the Semi-Automatic Shotgun to complete the “Run a Biker Gang Out of Town” job on the Capo level, and the “Move Stolen Merchandise” job on the Consigliere Level.
Enforcer (Levels 13 – 17)
Smuggle Across the Border: Armored Truck
Rob an Electronics Store: Computer Set-Up, Concealable Camera and Untraceable Cell Phone
Future Jobs:
Armored Trucks to complete three jobs on the Capo level: Steal an Air Freight Delivery, Steal Bank Records, and Loot the Police Impound Lot. Also, the “Break Into the Armory” and “Rip off the Armenian Mob” jobs on the Underboss Level.
You will need the Computer Set-Up to complete the “Embezzle Funds Through a Phony Company” job on the Underboss Level.
You will need the Concealable Camera to complete the “Obtain Compromising Photos” job on the Hitman level. (The photos gained from this job are then used for future jobs.)
You will need the Untraceable Cell Phone to complete the “Flip a Snitch” and “Dodge an FBI Tail” jobs on the Capo level, “Ransom a Businessman’s Kids” on the Consigliere Level.
Hitman (Levels 18 – 24)
Repel the Yakuza: Grenade Launcher
Disrupt Rival Smuggling Ring: .50 Caliber Rifle
Invade Tong-controlled Neighborhood: Armored Car
