Recently, my wonderful Father brought over a package of Eggo Buttermilk Pancakes for me to eat. These frozen, fully – cooked pancakes can be heated in conventional or microwave ovens and they are very tasty. These pancakes are made by Kellogg’s and they are conveniently – packaged. I think that this serving size is realistic. Whenever I eat these pancakes, three of them are just the right – sized serving to satisfy my appetite. In physical size, the box is fairly large and requires a decent amount of storage space in one’s freezer.

The regular retail price charged for one 16.4 ounce package of Eggo Buttermilk Pancakes at Hartford, Connecticut area supermarkets is approximately $2. These flapjacks are light and fluffy, yet firm enough to offer some substance and they stand up to pancake syrup well, meaning they don’t get all soggy when syrup is poured on them.

Taste / Flavor
These pancakes taste like flapjacks that are served in a breakfast restaurant. They are already expertly – browned, with no uneven splotches, or burnt sections and their sweetness level is just right. When topped with butter or margarine and pancake syrup, Eggo Buttermilk Pancakes taste like the type of pancakes I am never able to cook at home.
