chili's, Football Parties, Queso, Velveeta Cheese

Looking for an easy chili queso dip recipe for your next football game party or boy’s night? Through the years I have made my famous easy chili queso dip recipe for Super Bowl parties, football parties, or just when I was having a few people over to the house. The great thing about my chili queso dip recipe is how easy it is to make and of course the fact that it is so good. My friends now request that I make my chili queso dip for every get together we have. So, without further ado, here are the directions for making the best easy chili queso dip around.

GROCERY LIST FOR INGREDIENTS TO MY EASY CHILI QUESO DIP RECIPE
1. Ground beef
2. Velveeta cheese
3. Several cans of Hormel Chili without beans
4. Any spices that you want to put in
5. Tortilla, or other kind of chips

What makes my chili queso dip recipe so easy is that everything is to taste. In other words you do not have to buy a certain amount of ingredients to make the perfect blend. You simply add the right amount of ingredients for your particular taste.

RECIPE STEP ONE FOR MAKING EASY CHILI QUESO DIP
Start by browning the ground beef in a pan. Of course the amount of ground beef that you need depends on how big of a batch of chili queso dip you plan to make. Some people like a lot of meat and others only like a small amount. I have been known to put 5 pounds of ground beef in to my chili queso dip when having a lot of people over.

RECIPE STEP TWO FOR MAKING EASY CHILI QUESO DIP
After browning the ground beef be sure to drain the grease out of the pan and then add several cans of canned chili with no beans. At this point you will need to continue adding cans of chili until you have the desired texture. Also add any seasoning and spices that you would like for flavor. A small packet of cheap chili seasoning is not a bad idea, but I usually add no spices at all.

RECIPE STEP THREE FOR MAKING EASY CHILI QUESO DIP
Once your Chili stew begins to bubble and boil it is time to add the cheese. Slice or grate about a fourth of the Velveeta cheese square into the chili and stir it around until it melts. Continue adding cheese until you get the desired texture.

RECIPE TIPS FOR MAKING EASY CHILI QUESO DIP
The key to this easy chili queso dip recipe is in the canned chili and the cheese. Add more cheese and less chili if you like a thick cheesy dip. Also add more chili and less cheese if you like a soupy chili tasting dip. Grab a bag of your favorite kind of chips, I like tortilla chips, and enjoy. This recipe is as easy as that.

This recipe is for guys who want to make a great dip without having to be the greatest cook in the world. I know it seems simple, but it takes about twenty minutes and is a crowd pleaser every time.
