Once upon a time Jennifer Lopez ruled the world of the bubble butt. The term J-Lo booty is now a permanent fixture in pop culture slang. However, someone is always trying to dethrone the booty queen and one of the strongest contenders in the past decade has been reality television actress and tabloid socialite Kim Kardashian. A person cannot just push their rear into J-Lo booty history without some controversy and without being skewered by the Jennifer Lopez booty fans and rumor has it that Kim Kardashian doesn’t have a real butt. Yes, it is said and spread that Kim Kardashian’s bubble butt is in fact enhanced by butt implants. So, is Kim Kardashian’s butt real of fake? Perhaps in all of the booty turmoil that is the wrong question to be asking.
I think the way to find closure in whether or not Kim Kardashian’s butt is or is not real, if you continue to speculate after her denial, is to ask questions like: Does Kim Kardashian have a good personality? Is she a good person? Is she nice to be around? Once you have a satisfying answer to one of those questions than the ingredients of her buttocks seems less important; not that it ever was important. As shocking as it might be, Kim Kardashian is a real person!
If Kim Kardashian has butt implants one would have to think such a move at her young age was done for attention. Perhaps this desire for attention is a product of weak self-confidence or perhaps it is a shallow hunger for fame and a purposeful assault on the J-Lo booty crown. Would a young woman who already has a healthy start in the beauty department need to invest in such enhancements for attention?
I am going to give Kim Kardashian the benefit of the doubt and side with the positive: I think her butt is real. Firstly, I am not going to jump to judgment on someone I do not even know, not real judgment any way. I am as guilty as anyone else of being a cruel people watcher, but truly meaning what I say or think is not always true when passing the time or attempting to create humorous chit-chat. It is probably insulting to Kim Kardashian when someone claims she has butt implants if in fact she really worked hard to define the shape of her butt without such cosmetic help. And if the answer to my proposed replacement questions is “Yes. She is a kind and lovely person,” then potentially hurting her feelings would be uncalled for.
Secondly, one can look at the other Kardashian sisters and their physical construction to help argue against butt implants. Specifically, lay your eyes on Khloe Kardashian. She is not built to be a skinny girl and there have been times when she has been quite meaty. Kim Kardashian comes from the same materials and what might have been a burden to Khloe growing up, may have been shaped into a positive by Kim in that she used any extra weight in the caboose to her advantage and sold the world on her bubble butt.
I don’t really have a thirdly because once you talk about Kim Kardashian’s butt for a length of time you don’t feel like typing anymore. However, there are non surgical products out there for one to stuff their pant or enhance their booty with. Perhaps some of her non-swimsuit butt moments have been exaggerated in that fashion?
Does Kim Kardashian have a bubble butt? I would not put it out of the realm of possibilities, young women in Hollywood are driven or driving themselves to do silly things. However, I am going to say no and enjoy Kim’s figure however she means for us to enjoy it when she is parading it off in the spotlight. Of course, “enjoying,” is going to be something else open to interpretation. Kim Kardashian may become a moot point of discussion in the realm of bubble butts because there will always be a new butt backing up into the scene. Rapper Nicki Minaj seems to have a strong case for wearing the J-Lo booty crown!
