Detox 7 Whole Body Cleanser Review

I had never tried any “cleansing” products or processes, so I was surprised when I had the sudden urge to experiment with one. I picked this one out because it didn’t bluntly advertise weight loss, and it did not cost over 20 bucks (in fact, is cost just under $10). It does, however, claim to help aid digestion (without being a laxative), help with dieting and increase energy levels by supplementing large amounts of fiber and herbal extracts.

The “tips for success” include drinking at least 48 oz water (which will help relieve headaches this process might cause and prevent constipation); eating multiple servings of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts, and whole grains; and exercising almost every day.

Day 1

AM: 1 packet of fiber, 1 herbal capsule
PM: 1 herbal capsule

After breakfast, I began the Detox 7 Whole Body Cleanser. The fiber powder did not stir into the water, but I gulped it down and followed it with 8 oz of water, as required. The fiber didn’t taste or smell bad. If you’ve ever had fiber supplements, the taste and smell are similar to those. Then I swallowed the capsule.

After dinner, I took another herbal capsule.

I did not feel a change in any aspect on Day 1.

Day 2

PM: 2 herbal capsules

Weight Loss: No change.
Energy Levels: I did feel a little more energized, but not enough to say it was Detox 7 Whole Body Cleanser.
Digestive Aid: No change.

Day 3

AM:1 packet of fiber, 1 herbal capsule
PM: 2 herbal capsules

Weight Loss: Lost ½ pound.
Energy Levels: I felt a considerable amount of extra energy.
Digestive Aid: No change.

Conclusion

While eating and exercising as usual, I lost 1½ pounds from the Detox 7 Whole Body Cleanser. Had I been dieting to lose weight while on the Detox 7, I might have been able to lose even more weight. I drank my normal 2 cups of green tea and 110 oz of water and avoided the headaches. I’m an glad that this stayed true to the “not a laxative” statement. I did not have any issues with the extra fiber, as my body is fairly used to a lot of fiber. The increased energy was very appreciated. With two little kids, I can always use some more energy.

All in all, I think this was more successful than I was expecting. Would I recommend it for weight loss? No. But to aid in weight loss? Probably. I would also recommend this to those looking for an inexpensive detox product for extra energy.
