If after this there is no improvement or there is a worsening of symptoms, seek medical attention. If there is a slight improvement, keep giving the remedy until symptoms disappear.

How to tell if the remedy is working for stomach virus

• If you have been vomiting, the time between the vomiting bouts will increase. Use a timer to see if this is the case. If so, take the remedy straight after each vomiting bout until vomiting stops completely.

• Do not use St. John’s Wort if you have oestrogen driven cancer of the reproductive system.

• Do not combine St.John’s Wort with the herb Yohimbe

• Do not use St.John’s Wort if you are having treatment for HIV
