Coral’s Easy Goulash Recipe

Goulash, Pampered Chef, Stoneware

As a child, one of my favorite comfort foods was my mom’s goulash. I still have fond memories of it today and I hope you enjoy this goulash as much as I do. THANKS MOM!

CORAL’S EASY BEEF GOULASH

2 lb. ground beef
1 lg onion, diced or chopped
4 c. water
1 env. dry onion soup mix
8 c. uncooked macaroni noodles
1 (28oz.) can crushed tomatoes

Brown the ground beef in a pan with onion and salt/pepper (optional). Drain the beef and then crumble it into a glass or stoneware casserole dish. I use my Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker which is great for this.

Microwave on high uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir in water, dry onion soup mix, noodles, and tomatoes. Cover with lid and microwave on high for 25 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring twice during baking.

Take out of microwave and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
