Coffee Themed Wedding Favor Ideas for Brides

Flavored Coffee, Wedding Favor Ideas

Are you planning a coffee themed wedding? If so, I have a few coffee themed favor ideas that I would like to share with you. Here’s a quick look at each one:

Coated Coffee Beans

Are you planning your coffee themed wedding on a tight budget? If so, you may want to consider handing out coated coffee beans as a wedding favor. A pound of dark chocolate coated espresso beans will typically cost you $16 from a specialty shop. A 12 ounce bag of chocolate covered, cherry flavored, Arabica coffee beans will cost you around $10 each. Once your coated coffee beans arrive, divide them up and place them into decorative bags or boxes. Candy bags and boxes are generally available for purchase through confectionary shops and specialty retailers like Kitchen Krafts. Based on my experience, a pack of 100 cello bags with gold ties will cost you less than $5.

Flavored Coffee Beans

A personalized bag of flavored coffee beans would undoubtedly be a big hit with your wedding guests as well. The best part about flavored coffee beans is that you can create your own blend. All you need is a bag of plain coffee beans and a container of flavored oil. There are several companies that sell flavored oils for coffee, including Newport Flavors and Fragrances. Once your flavored oils arrive, soak the coffee beans in them for at least a day. Then package the flavored coffee beans up as you see fit. One company that sells cases of empty, foil gusseted, coffee bags is Pacific Bag Inc. Bag prices will vary based on the bag’s size and design.

Coffee Syrups

Bottles of coffee syrup are another wedding party favor option that you may want to consider. Coffee syrup comes in a variety of flavors including vanilla, chocolate and hazelnut. You could personalize the bottles of coffee syrup with homemade labels and wrap them up in tulle and ribbons designed to match your wedding colors. If you are looking to save money, you may want to buy the coffee syrup in bulk and then divide it up amongst decorative glass containers. Cases of decorative glass containers may typically be purchased through packaging retailers for a reasonable fee.

Coffee Bean Butter

Would you like to give your wedding guests a unique coffee themed favor? If so, you may want to think about handing out small containers of coffee bean butter. Coffee bean butter is a beauty product. Although it may be used to create many different types of beauty products, I’d suggest using it as a hand lotion. That way it will be suitable for both your male and female guests. Coffee bean butter prices tend to vary wildly. Hence, it’s best to spend some time shopping around. You might even want to consider buying a container of coffee oil and making your own. Depending on where you live, making your own coffee bean butter may prove to be the less expensive option.

Heart Shaped Coffee Scoop

If the idea of coffee scented beauty products don’t thrill you, you may want to consider handing out heart shaped coffee scoops. In my experience, they sell for roughly $2 each and may be personalized for an additional fee. There are several companies that sell heart shaped coffee scoops and the designs vary.
