Hamburger Biscuit Pizza Casserole:

1 can refrigerator biscuits, each biscuit quartered.

1 jar spaghetti sauce

1 lb. ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken

8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown ground meat until cooked through. Add jar of sauce and biscuit pieces. Stir to cover all biscuit in sauce. Stir in half of the cheese. Pour mixture into 9′ baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake until biscuits bubble up and cheese starts to brown, 25-30 minutes.

Sloppy Joe Biscuit Casserole:

This is a variation of the pizza casserole, with a Tex-Mex flair.

1 can refrigerator biscuits, each biscuit quartered.

1 large can sloppy joe sauce

1 lb. ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken

8 oz. can red kidney beans.

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

8 oz sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown ground meat until cooked through. Add jar of sloppy joe sauce, beans and biscuit pieces. Stir to cover all biscuit in sauce. Stir in half of the cheese. Pour mixture into 9′ baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake until biscuits bubble up and cheese starts to brown, 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with sour cream topping.

Biscuit Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole:

This is an Easy and delicious casserole which makes a great addition to your dinner menu.

1 lb. diced cooked chicken

1 can refrigerator biscuits

½ cup diced ham cubes

8 oz frozen peas

1 can cream of mushroom soup

8 oz. milk

8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 9″ baking pan, combine chicken, ham, peas, half of the cheese, soup, and milk. Stir to make sure all ingredients are covered in liquid. Top with biscuits and remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes.

Beefy Biscuit Casserole:

Try this casserole version of poor man’s goulash.

1 can refrigerator biscuits, each biscuit quartered.

2 jars brown beef gravy

1 lb. ground beef

8 oz. frozen peas

8 oz. shredded Swiss, muenster or mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown ground meat until cooked through. Add gravy. peas and biscuit pieces. Stir to cover all biscuit in sauce. Stir in half of the cheese. Pour mixture into 9′ baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake until biscuits bubble up and cheese starts to brown, 25-30 minutes.

Barbecue Biscuit Casserole:

The baked beans and barbecue sauce give this casserole a taste of the outdoors, from inside your oven.

1 can refrigerator biscuits, each biscuit quartered.

1 24 oz. bottle barbecue sauce

1 lb. ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken

1 can baked beans

½ cup water

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown ground meat until cooked through. Add barbecue sauce, water, beans and biscuit pieces. Stir to cover all biscuit in sauce. Stir in half of the cheese. Pour mixture into 9′ baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake until biscuits bubble up and cheese starts to brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
