Guests are transported to the 13,000 square foot cabin in a snowcat drawn sleigh. The restaurant, which is nestled in a grove of aspen trees, enjoys incredible views of the Gore Range. The menu includes selections such as .Chili-encrusted Elk Tenderloin. Zach’s Cabin is named for Zach Allen, who was the father of the first female resident of Beaver Creek. Zach was a law enforcement officer who was killed in the line of duty in th e;ate 1800’s.
