Pub Food

The Irish Times is a pub and restaurant in Los Angeles that has trivia night each and every Tuesday night at 3267 Motor Avenue. It is a great atmosphere, for friends and a great place to frequent after work. Tuesday nights are trivia night at The Irish times, and you can tell from the crowd! It’s diverse, younger, older and the scholarly types! The drinks are great and the atmosphere is inviting. This place is full of down to earth individuals and great people; you will leave with a friend! There is no entry fee to play trivia, and the prizes can be used to get more drinks, or food on the house! They have a good selection on tap, and the trivia questions aren’t too hard either – one of the best trivia nights for beginners!

The Normandie Room at 8737 Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood offers the strongest drinks in the area and the bartenders keep them coming! Tuesday nights are trivia nights and they are pretty busy so it is a good idea to get there early, get a table and prepare for a night of brain-swelling knowledge. Despite being busy, and the drinks being a little on the high side the atmosphere changes all of the time but remains a great place. A younger crowd frequents Irish Times, especially during the weekends but it’s a versatile pub! Although there are many beers on tap, one must try the Godiva Chocolate Martini!

Check out Casey’s Bar and Grill on Wednesday nights for trivia, and food that will knock your socks off! Its downtown at 613 S Grand Avenue and there is plenty of parking. Who can ask for more than great drinks, great food, and great company! Get together a group of your smartest friends and compete for the prize! The pub food is standard fare – inspired from Ireland and the British Island it is sure to fill your belly!

It happens twice a month on a Wednesday and you are sure to enjoy because of the great food, and the large portions of it that are served! It has become one of my favorites. It is a down to earth environment but the trivia can be tricky, so be sure to bring your brain!

Safari Sam’s Hollywood Trivia night is sure to expand your brain! Bring a group of trivia buff friends for the moderately difficult trivia to 5214 W. Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood.
