Best Disney Baby Shower Invitations

Baby Shower Invitations

It seems every other parent that I’ve met has been to Disneyland or Disney World either as a child or as a parent. The ones that haven’t are planning to or wishing that they could visit the Magic Kingdom someday. I’m beginning to think that even more so than the six degrees of Kevin Bacon there’s only one degree of separation of Disney! Visiting a Disney theme park is definitely a magical experience. Moms and dads who’ve met and fell in love with Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, and the Disney Princesses as a child want their kids to relive the same awe and wonderment. With the array of Disney baby products on store shelves these days, it seems parents are introducing their kids to Disney at a younger and younger age. It’s no surprise then that Disney themed baby showers are popular. If you’re swept up in the Disney craze too, you should definitely consider these five invitations for your next baby shower:

#1 Baby Mickey:
This is such a find! I rarely see invitations that depict Mickey Mouse as a baby, but I found multiple invites at Baby Cachet. My favorite is this one which has baby Mickey wearing a blue infant bodysuit and yellow bib. He looks adorable sitting inside an oval frame at the top of the invitation. Your wording is printed in the center of the invite, which is about 4.5″x7″ and is surrounded by a thick border of stars in various colors. Ten invitations can be had for about $15.

#2 Tinkerbell:
This folded invitation headlines Disney’s famous fairy, Tinkerbell, on the front side. She’s flying around a garden of roses, daisies, and sunflowers. The top edge of the card is die cut and outlines the top of Tinker Bell. Inside, the invitation is covered with pink floral and there are blank lines where you can pen in your event information. A pack of eight retails for $4.75.

#3 Winnie the Pooh Blue:
Aww how cute! This custom invitation features a babyish Winnie the Pooh sitting on the bottom corner. At the opposite corner is a bumble bee in flight. The invitation is decorated with a blue border filled with little critters that boys would love including frogs, rabbits, butterflies, and bees. Your text is printed in the white area framed by the blue border. A pink version is also available. Order a set of ten invites for as little as $15.

#4 Snow White:
The front cover of this fold-over invite showcases Disney’s very first princess, the lovely Snow White, walking through the woods and accompanied by a little fawn and a little blue bird, who’s sitting on a tree branch. A border of pink flowers lines the top and bottom of the invite. Completely blank inside, you can hand write or use a printer to imprint your invitational text. The invite measures 3″x5.5″ when folded and is priced at $4.75 for a pack of six and comes with red envelopes.

#5 Minnie Clubhouse:
This invite is folded and spotlights Minnie Mouse on the front cover. Minnie is standing in front of a large pink heart and is showing off a pair of necklaces. The word “Party!” is printed along the bottom and is bookended by two heart-shaped rubies. The rest of the front is covered in pink and filled with stripes of pink flowers. There are blank lines on the inside for you to fill in your party information. The inside is decorated with a pattern of pink mouse ears. Four dollars will buy you six of these invitations.
