Throughout the year my favorite herbal teas to drink are blueberry herbal teas. For those of you who love blueberries and teas I am about to tell you what I think the best blueberry teas are, and what kind of health benefits you can reap from drinking it.
My favorite blueberry herbal teas to drink are Celestial Seasonings True Blueberry Herbal Tea, Alvita Blueberry Tea, and The Republic of Wild Blueberry Herbal Tea. The reason I like and think these blueberry herbal teas are the best is because they contain the most antioxidants and health benefits, and because they have a true blueberry flavor and aroma to them. The other reason is because they are made from real blueberry flowers and blueberries.
The health benefits you can get from drinking blueberry herbal teas are a healthy digestive tract, cancer fighting antioxidants, and healthy vitamins and minerals to help keep your immune system strong. Blueberry tea is also wonderful to drink when you have the cold or the flu because it contains vitamin C in it which helps fight off the cold and flu.
The way I like to make my blueberry teas is by boiling some water in my tea kettle, and than by placing a blueberry tea bag into a tea cup. Afterwards I like to take some of the boiling water and pour it over my blueberry tea bag inside of my tea cup. Than I allow my blueberry tea to steep until it has a nice purplish blue black color to it. Afterward I like to add a little bit of honey for some sweetener to make it a little bit sweeter. When I want my blueberry tea to have a blueberry muffin taste to it I like to add a little bit of cinnamon sugar to it, and trust me those of you who love blueberry muffins will love adding cinnamon sugar to your blueberry tea to get the blueberry muffin taste to it.
Anyways, the stores you can get the Celestial Seasonings True Blueberry Herbal Tea, Alvita Blueberry Tea, and The Republic of Wild Blueberry Herbal Tea in are your local herbal store, health food store, and even grocery store. The price I usually pay for one of these boxes of blueberry herbal tea is around $3 for a box with 20 tea bags in it. However, these blueberry herbal teas may cost more or less in your local stores.
