If you’re hoping to purchase a new HDTV this holiday season, there are several deals going on this Black Friday. The following are a few of the best.
32″ LCD HDTV by Samsung
Several stores have Black Friday deals on a 32″ LCD HDTV by the brand Samsung. These are 720p flat screen televisions rather than 1080p. Three stores that have Black Friday deals on these are RadioShack, Target, and Sears.
The best deal of those three appears to be found at Target. Their Black Friday price for a 32″ LCD HDTV is listed as being $327.99. Although, Sears is priced at just two dollars more ($329.99). RadioShack’s price is $349.99 and listed as being $95 off the original price.
A 32″ LCD 720p Samsung television currently priced at $379.99 at Best Buy, $379 at Walmart, and $379.99 at Kmart. Target’s current price is $399 so their Black Friday discount is about $72. However, considering you can get it cheaper elsewhere, you’re looking more at a savings of $52.
Among the currently cheapest 32″ LCD HDTV with 720p and 60 Hz is the Dynex brand priced at $299.99 at Best Buy or the Viore brand priced at $299 at Walmart.
Target’s Black Friday sale starts at 4am. Also, from 4am to 10am, they are offering a $10 gift card when your purchase is more than $100.
19″ LED HDTV by Hitachi
One of the cheapest best Black Friday deals on an HDTV is also offered by Target. If you are working with a limited budget and looking for a television for a kid’s bedroom or kitchen area, this might not be a bad choice. Target’s 19″ LED HDTV by Hitachi is priced at $149.99. That’s a savings of $50 off their original price. They have put a limit of one per customer on this television.
Similarly priced 19″ LED-LCDs are currently priced between $160 and $200 at Walmart.
If you don’t care about the LED feature, you can find regular 19″ LCD televisions for $149 at Best Buy, Walmart, and Target.
40″ to 50″ Range of LCD HDTVs Under $500
If you are hoping to purchase a larger LCD HDTV at a budget-friendly price, Target appears to have some of the best Black Friday deals on televisions in that size range.
Their Westinghouse 40″ LCD HDTV is priced at $298. It is 1080p and has a 60HZ refresh rate. This is listed as being a savings of over $250. One per guest, limited quantities, and no rain checks will be given. They also have an ad for their Apex 46″ LCD HDTV priced at $449 which is also 1080p and 60Hz.
Sears has a Black Friday deal on their Samsung 40″ LCD HDTV with 1080p and 60HZ rate. It is priced just under $500 at a price of $497.99. Limited quantities are available and no rain checks will be given. Sears’ Black Friday sales will last from 4am to noon.
