Amazing Slideshows is a widget that will allow you to create slideshows for your Friendster profile. You can add effects, graphics, and more to this slideshow using the Amazing Slideshow widget. In this tutorial I will walk you through installing the Amazing Slideshow widget and creating your first slideshow. Creating the slideshow is very easy. In a few easy steps you will have a great looking slideshow to display your photos.
Go to your Friendster account and login. Once you have logged in to your Friendster account, you will be carried to the account page. On the account page you will see a menu bar at the top of the page. At the end of the menu bar you will see the Explore link. You will need to place your mouse over this link so that the menu drops down. When the menu drops down, click the Applications link in that menu.
The next page will show some applications and a list of categories. On the right side of the page you will see the search box. Type Amazing Slideshows in the search box and search for it. When the results come back, click the Add to Profile link below the thumbnail of the Amazing Slideshows.
The next page will show a brief description of the app and then you will see the Add App button. Click the Add App button to install the Amazing Slideshows widget on your profile. Now you will be redirected to the page where you can start creating your slideshow.
The page that you are on now will have a box with a row of tabs down the left side. The Friendster tab should be clicked. If it is not clicked, click it. That will show all of the albums that you have on your Friendster profile. Below the albums you will see the Add Album button. Click that button to add that album to the slideshow. You can add as many albums as you want.
Now you can start customizing the slideshow. After you have selected your albums, you will see the second column appear. In the second column you will see all of the effects that you can apply to the slideshow. On the right side of that column you will see all of the tabs. Click a photo at the bottom that you want to add effects too. Click a tab on the right to start adding effects.
You can add music to the slideshow by clicking the Music tab. In the second column you will see the music that you have to choose from. Click the plus sign to add a song. To change the Theme, click the Theme tab. You will see the themes that are available. Click the theme that you want to use. Go through all of the tabs and apply the effects that you want. Once you have finished creating your slideshow, you can save your slideshow. Click the Save button at the bottom to save your slideshow. Now you can view your slideshow on your Friendster profile.
