Apartment Searching, Metrolink, St. Louis University

I know as a student that life on campus especially dorm life could get boring after awhile.

With other students always knocking on your door disturbing your studies or sleep, always wanting to borrow different things from you from books to clothes or even money.

I know my fellow student it gets boring after awhile or you have a desire for even more space than that tiny room that most universities would consider as comfortable living for you. Now what was the school administration thinking that some tiny room would be comfortable for you and your roommate?

Ellsworth has studio apartments ranging from $395 to $711 unfurnished and $470 to $786 furnished. All utilities are included except air conditioning, which features hardwood floors, nine-foot ceiling which I love since I’m a very tall guy. There’s even an on-site restaurant, market, beauty/barber shop, pharmacy and dry cleaners. Which includes a pool, patio and BBQ area. With a secure entry, intercom and security cameras, laundry facilities the only thing about Ellsworth I dislike for a student is that there is no free parking if you’re a car driver that I could visibly see around the grounds. It’s located at 4405 West Pine Boulevard and you could reach management at (314) 531-1636.

If you are like me then you basically want the meat and potatoes about the apartments while you are apartment searching. Of all the apartments I researched the ones listed in this article were the cleanest. Since I hate bugs within any place I live these places regularly have their apartments exterminate for bugs or mice. The neighborhoods presented in this article are in a friendly environment perfect for students who worry about staying in a deranged neighbor that’s unfriendly to students not familiar with St. Louis.
