This open air market has everything a visitor to the Dominican Republic could need, from clothing to souvenirs and aspirin. Then there’s El Cortesito Flea Market. The flea market sets up on the beach where travelers can find unique and one of a kind souvenirs as well as restaurants selling fresh caught seafood.
No spring break trip to the Dominican Republic would be complete without a few trips to the local bars and clubs. Start with the Disco Pacha where local bands play almost every night of the week. Then head off to the Bar in a Cave at Hot Spots. This one of a kind bar is only open on the weekends, and is a must see. After that head over to Mangu, where you will find coeds on Spring Break from around the world. Everyone who pays a visit to the Dominican Republic makes sure to visit this legendary two story bar with its enormous dance floor.
