Overall Opinion I was very excited to give this to my boyfriend for his birthday and we have gotten a lot of use out of it. It is very easy to use. The grill plates are very large which allows for cooking thicker and bigger foods. The grill is tilted and there is a lip at the end so the food does not slide off. Because the grill is tilted, all the fats drip downward. The sloping surface of the grill is great because it allows all the fats and oils to drip down and into the drip trays. This is an especially nice feature of the George Foreman grill if you are trying to loose weight.
The George Foreman Next Generation Grill with Removable Plates – GRP99 cooks really great. It is very conveinent and easy to use. The grill plates are on both sides so you do not have to worry about flipping whatever food you have on the grill. Having both plates leaves the food cooked evenly and faster. You can cook pretty much anything in it including sandwiches, any kind of meat, vegetables, etc.
Cleanup is such a breeze with the removable grilling plates. It makes cleanup so simple. The plates are dishwasher safe but since they are non stick I like to wash them by hand. The plates come off very easy and if you do wash them in your dishwasher they fit very easily and do not take up much space. When the plates are dry you just replace them back in the grill which is just as easy as taking them out.
