Tender or Swollen Breast
You may experience this symptom as early as two weeks after conception. Your breast may be come tender to the touch, sore, swollen, somewhat itchy, or even tingly.

Morning Sickness
Although most women won’t begin experiencing this until around their sixth week of pregnancy, it is possible to have morning sickness as early as two weeks after conception. Don’t let the nickname fool you into thinking that this symptom may only be felt in the morning. Oh no. This symptom can be felt day, or night! Some women may only experience the nausea. Other women may experience nausea, and vomiting. Hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones that may not experience this at all.

Increased Urination
If you are pregnant, you may begin to notice that you are running to be bathroom more than usual. This is normal in early pregnancy. You may even notice that you may leak or find it hard to hold your urine when cough kind of hard, or sneeze. If you begin experiencing this problem, you may need to wear a panty liner.

Mood Swings
If you find that suddenly become extremely emotional, you may be having mood swings. A mood swing is when you have the ability to cry over the silliest things, then go to being really happy, or mad almost instantly. If you have this symptom, beware. This may cause a fuss between you, and your partner. Try to control them as much as possible. If you feel like your going to get mad, or have already hit the limit, avoid your partner until you cool off. It is best, because later, you will probably cry your eyes out.
