20 Top Country Music Wedding Songs

Country Music Songs, Montgomery Gentry, Trisha Yearwood

Are you looking for country music songs for an upcoming wedding? There’s many songs out there that are special and not all have been on the charts. Here’s 20 to consider, in no particular order.

1 – Look At You Girl – Chris LeDoux is best known for his “rodeo rock & roll” songs like Bareback Jack”, dance tunes like “Cadillac Ranch” and songs that highlighted his high energy stage shows. Look At You Girl” is a simple song but powerful in devotion and warrants consideration in wedding song plans. It’s not a song that’s been on the charts, although GAC network occasionally plays a video from it.

2 – The Love Song – Jeff Bates has several songs suitable for romantic situations – this one is perhaps the best at illustrating the circle of family from parents to families of our own. A wedding certainly bridges that circle.

3 – Love Me
4 – If I Were You – Collin Raye recorded both of these songs some time ago and have been used on many occasions. Oldies but goodies!

5 – Keeper Of The Stars – Tracy Byrd had a huge hit with this song for a reason – it is something that touches people.

6 – She’s Everything – Brad Paisley has had this very personal song on the charts and on CD players far and wide.

7 – No Shame – Jeff Bates has another candidate with a song about rather being with that one special person than anywhere else – putting in a worthy candidate in a wedding song lineup.

8 – I Do (Cherish You) – Mark Wills hit the charts and wedding lists with this song when it came out and it remains as a good option for putting into a music lineup.

12 – She Don’t Tell Me To – Montgomery Gentry is also known for the upbeat stage shows – and in a different kind of love song that speaks more of committment than warm fuzzies this is a legitimate song for a ceremony focusing on committment.

13 – I Love The Way You Love Me – John Michael Montgomery gives voice to a song that celebrates love.

14 – Bless The Broken Road – Rascall Flatts has often come up with this song when the topic of wedding songs comes up.

15 – Can I Have This Dance – an oldie but a goodie from Anne Murray that’s long been a favorite of weddings.

16 – How Do I Live – Trisha Yearwood lends vocals to a movie soundtrack that would be equally placed at a wedding.

17 – Making Memories Of Us – Keith Urban delivers a song about memories – and few things in a relationship are as memorable as the wedding day.

18 – You Are – Jimmy Wayne’s hit single has been used at many weddings and while not as popular as some on this list still holds a place in a song that is suitable for that special day.
