The Fairmont has a National Geographic Explorers Camp for kids 5-12. This camp not only offers typical resort activities but also educational programs which National Geographic is synonymous with. 2. Hyatt Regency Scottsdale at Gainey Ranch: Scottsdale
This desert oasis offers at 2.5 acre water playground: complete with water slide, sand beach, and multiple swimming pools. The Children’s program offers endless excite for little ones. The teens aren’t left out either. They have junior tees Golf, spa services for teens, horseback riding, and gondola boat rides.
3. Los Abrigados Resort & Spa: Sedona
The whole family can enjoy the Los Niño’s family pool and the barbeques. Kids will love the Leapin’ Lizards Kid’s Camp. Rates start at $99.95 per night.
4. The Phoenician: Scottsdale
This 250 acre resorts sits at the foot of the Camelback Mountain. The Funician Kids Club features the standard activities as well as pottery, weaving, fishing, and theater. There are to children’s pool one has a 165-foot long waterslide. Kids under 5 eat for free and 6 through 12 year olds are 50% off as some resort restaurants. There is no fee for the roll-away crib.
5. Tanque Verde Guest Ranch: Tucson
The Tanque Verde Guest Ranch offers a fantastic ranch experience for kids ages 4 to 11. Activities in the program include riding, tennis, swimming, nature programs, games and crafts.

7. Enchantment Resort: Sedona
The Enchantment Resort has a children’s program that explores the Native American culture and the local ecology. Children do arts & crafts, go on treasure hunts, and go swimming. Price includes breakfast, daily children’s camp, a Jeep tour adventure, and daily use of the spa for children over 16 and adults.
8. Rancho de los Caballeros: Wickenburg
This Ranch Resort has trail rides, golfing, cowboy cookouts, trap and skeet, and croquet. The Caballeros Kids Club is free for kids ages 5 to 12. Babysitters for younger children can be arranged. The ranch is only open from October to May.
