Mt. Rushmore is an awesome place to visit. The wonderful carvings in the mountain are such a fantastic honor to our country. As you are first arriving in the area you can see the carvings at the top of the road. With every little glimpse you are even more amazed. You start to feel that you can’t wait to get to the top of the mountain and stand in front of this very impressive tribute to the United States of America.
