Oscar the Grouch, Pierogies

Get ready to celebrate America’s weird and wacky holidays in October. Americans celebrate crazy national and created holidays almost every day of the year. If you would like to create a new weird and wacky holiday, share your proposal for a new holiday with your congressman. Get your proposal on the congressional agenda. Let’s look at some of the weird and wacky holidays in October.
