CollegeHumor.com – This is a great website that features user-submitted content as well as original content that the CollegeHumor staff created. As the name implies, this site mostly appeals to the college demographic. CollegeHumor.com features videos, pictures, and articles that can be crude, but is very funny. Funny Rank: 9/10.
TheOnion.com – Don’t be fooled when you first enter this website, the world did not end, even though TheOnion may have said it did. TheOnion is a hilarious fake news website that prides itself on looking and acting official, while sharing the most bizarre stories. It features satirical articles and videos that make fun of all the current events of the world. Funny Rank: 8/10.
NothingToxic.com – A good website for sharing and viewing viral videos. Only about half of the videos involve comedy and satire. Most videos on NothingToxic involve shocking, bizarre, and all around weird content. NothingToxic also has online games and funny animations to add to its thousands of videos. Funny Rank: 6/10.
JibJab.com – The now world famous website known as JibJab has amazing viral videos. It is a very interactive site that really makes it fun to watch videos. JibJab has a huge following that share in the website’s funny e-cards, photos, and videos. The one negative aspect of JibJab is that it takes the founders a long time to update content. Funny Rank: 7/10.
StupidVideos.com – One of the first viral video sites that I ever found, and it is still a classic. Although it sometimes flies under the radar, this site has it all: videos, photos, games, contests, and stores, all of which are funny! StupidVideos has new content added every day, which can be searched by popular or top rated. Bookmark this website! Funny Rank: 8/10.
Break.com – This is another funny website with some great videos that are upload daily. Break makes it easy to search for funny videos that you want to find, and even offers their recommendations. Like most humorous sites, Break also has a collection games and photos to go along with its videos. Humor Rank: 7/10.
FunnyOrDie.com – This is an awesome website that was originally founded by Will Ferrell, so it has to be good! Much like CollegeHumor, FunnyOrDie has both user-generated content and original content. There are games, but this site is primarily known for its hilarious videos, and celebrity appearances. Funny Rank: 8/10.
eBaumsWorld.com – A very cool website that has videos that are funny, extreme, stupid, sports, cool, and many more. EBaumsWorld, also known as Media for the Masses, has a cool feature called Soundboards. This feature involves celebrity quotes that can be pressed in a certain order to make the celebrity say something funny. EBaumsWorld really has it all: Videos, Jokes, Pictures, Soundboards, and Games. Funny Rank: 8/10
Cracked.com – Another great website that offers users videos and articles. This site is known for its cool and funny video montages, as well as satirical articles. Cracked also has many videos/articles that do some sort of a “countdown,” which includes: “7 Cases Where Animals Are Put On Trial” and, “6 Evil Henchmen Who Sucked.” This is a very funny site that everyone should check out. Funny Rank: 8/10.
I-Am-Bored.com – Another humorous website that offers videos and games to stem your boredom. It is a very well put together site that makes it easy to find videos and rate them. My only negative is that there are no thumbnail pictures to give previews of the videos. Funny Rank: 7/10
