The Balboa Bay Club is right on the water. The standard room has your choice of a king-size bed, two queen beds, or two double beds. The Court Yard Rooms have your choice of a king-size bed, two queen beds, or two double beds and overlook the courtyard. The One Bedroom suite is huge, 1,000sq.ft and has a separate living room and a bedroom with king size bed. It also has a dining area, wet bar and a private veranda off both the bedroom and living room. The Bay View Suite is 1200 sq ft. It has the same features as the one bedroom suite, except that there is an extra ½ bath off the living room and it has spectacular views of the bay. The Honeymoon Suite is 100 sq.ft. and has a bedroom and living room and also has a bath and a half. The full bath has a Jacuzzi tub. There is a dining area, wet bar and two verandas. The Governor’s Suite is 1200 sq.ft.with the same set up as the Honeymoon Suite but the dining area is much larger, big enough for 10 people and there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator. The Presidential Suite is the largest at 3000 sq.ft. It has two bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen. There is a fireplace in the living room as well as a grand piano and a huge veranda overlooking the bay.
