Pierce’s Pitt Bar-B-Que
If your family members are barbeque lovers, then Pierce’s is the place for you. Open for lunch and dinner, Pierce’s serves dishes ranging from sandwiches to full barbeque dinners. Their prices are very reasonable: sandwiches range from $3.00 to $4.25 and all full dinner items are under $10.00 unless you take the plunge and go for a full rack of ribs which will cost you about $18.00. Founded in 1771, Mrs. Campbell’s Tavern is known to be George Washington’s favorite tavern to visit in Williamsburg.
