Top Double Strollers of 2008

Strollers

If you have twins you are probably wondering which strollers are best for your babies. The list below is of some of the top double strollers of 2008. It seems that the recall list continues to grow. It is important that you take the time to check the recall list prior to purchasing your baby stroller. None of the strollers listed below are currently on any recall list. Any changes to this list will be posted in the comments section below this article. After checking out some of these strollers my favorites are listed below.

1. The first stroller on the list is the Baby Jogger City Mini Double Stroller By Baby Jogger. The price of this stroller is $399. What really stands out about this stroller is that it feels light, and is easy to put up and down. Some additional features of this stroller include the adjustable seats that recline, and weather cover. If you are looking to get back into shape after having your twins, this stroller is perfect. It is easy to run with this stroller and it is made to smoothly ride over any bump. This stroller can be found at “Babies R Us”, Sports Authority website, and Amazon.com. The stroller comes in all grey, or orange/gray, and red and black.

2. The Joovy Groove 2 Deluxe Umbrella Double Stroller, is another top double baby stroller. The price for this stroller is an affordable $199.99. It is basically an umbrella stroller times two. The stroller itself is very light, and easy to fold and lift. I think that this double stroller is perfect for babies over the age of 6 months. What is also nice about this stroller is that it is not too wide so that it takes up tons of space when you walk. The only downside with this stroller is that there are no cup holders or trays that come with it. You can find this stroller at “Babies R Us”, and Strollers.com.

3. The Graco Duo Glider Stroller by Graco is going to cost you about $159.99. Some of the nice features of this stroller is that it can hold the Graco snug ride car seats until the babies are big enough to enjoy the stroller. The seats have trays where the babies can place their cups. There is a sun canopy that fits nicely over the top of the stroller as well. There is also plenty of storage space on the bottom of the stroller. I also liked the fact that the rear seat was slightly elevated which makes it easy for the baby in the back to see everything as they grow. The only downside to this stroller is that it is a little heavier, when compared with some of the others, and can take a minute to fold up properly. You will also need to have a decent size car to fit it in. If you want a stroller with the cup holders and nice size basket you should expect it to be a bit more on the bulky side. You can find this stroller at “Babies R Us”, and some Target locations.

4. The Zooper Tango Double Stroller is a little on the expensive side. It will cost you about $429.99. If however it is comfortable you want, and are willing to pay for it, this is the perfect stroller for you. I was surprised to find that the stroller itself is pretty light, and can hold infants and toddlers. It can also hold at least one infant seat. Some additional features are a cup holder, rain cover, and a leg warmer to name just a few. There is also a nice bin on the bottom where you can store your items. You can find this stroller at “Babies R Us, Amazon.com, and select Target stores.

5. The Baby Planet Unity Sport Twin Stroller is a nice stroller that will cost you about $319.99. This stroller is great because it can grow with your child from 3 months to 4 years of age according to the manufacture. What is really great about this stroller is that it is part of the free recycling program. This means that when you are done with the stroller you can return it to the manufacturer and they will reuse the parts. It is perfect for the family who wants to help the environment. This stroller can be found at “Babies R Us”, and Amazon.com.
