Top 5 Soccer Themed Party Favors for Kids

Italian Soccer, Soccer, Soccer Ball, Summer Hair Care

Are you planning a soccer themed party for your son or daughter? If so, I happen to have a handful of soccer themed party favor ideas that I’d like to share with you. Here they are:

Soccer Field Kit

One of the best things about watching a soccer game is being able to cheer on your favorite team. With that said, why not give each party guest what they need in order to watch a soccer game in style? I’d suggest making up a party favor bag that contains a soccer water bottle ($2 each), soccer tattoos, a soccer hat (less than $2 each) and an air blaster (less than $1 each).

Depending on your budget, you may also want to include a soccer necklace ($1 each), a soccer ring ($3 per dozen) and a soccer bracelet ($1 each). Based on my experience, each of those items may be found at major party and carnival supply shops. Retailers to consider using include Oriental Trading, Party America, Windy City Novelties, Birthday Direct and Carnival Source.

Miniature Soccer Balls

When it comes to soccer themed party favors, miniature soccer balls are an obvious choice. You can generally pick up a dozen miniature, soft soccer balls through party and carnival supply shops for less than $6. If you do decide to go with the soccer balls, I’d suggest hanging onto the loot bags until the kids are ready to go home. Otherwise, the kids are apt to start playing ball inside the house.

Miniature Soccer Ball Banks

Miniature soccer ball banks would also make excellent party favors. In my experience, you can pick up a dozen, 3.5 inch, plastic, soccer ball banks for less than $15 through party supply shops. I would, however, suggest that you look for a soccer ball bank that is equipped with a hole on the bottom. That way the kids can access their money whenever they want without breaking the bank apart.

Soccer Ball Hand Held Games

Another party favor that you may want to consider investing in is a loot bag filled with hand held, soccer themed games. Examples of games to include in the loot bag are soccer ball poppers ($5 per dozen) and soccer ball maze puzzles ($3 per dozen). Each one of those games is often available for purchase through major carnival and party supply shops.

Soccer Ball Candy

When it comes to soccer ball themed candy, you may opt to take several different routes. For starters, you could purchase a soccer ball candy mold through a restaurant supply shop for $3 and create soccer ball lollipops. You could also fill round cello bags with white and black candies in order to simulate a soccer ball. Soccer ball shaped gummy candies are also an option. Last but not least, you could also purchase ready-made, chocolate candies that have been wrapped in tin foil wrappers that make the candies look like miniature soccer balls (5 pounds for $64).
