Fall Out Boy (FOB) started out as a Punk Rock band from Chicago, but now they are one of the biggest mainstream bands around, and it’s much harder to classify their genre now. Throughout the decade FOB has grown from their Punk roots into a Pop/Rock/Emo band that at times mixes soulful singing and synthisizing. One thing is clear about them: either you love the sarcastic and sometimes vain songs, or you don’t. Lead singer Patrick Stump and Bass player Pete Wentz form an incredibly interesting songwriting duo, with lyrics ranging from love and lost to their own celebrity.
