After hunting high and low looking for the perfect sparkly frocks, my search narrowed down to these amazing killer frocks that have set parties, clubs and the red carpet ablaze with sparkle and glitter. As always I noticed sequin embellishment is all the rage. I love sequin because it’s a simple easy solution that adds glamour to any style-conscious girl’s frock. Whether you are heading to pub, club or for a posh night out, sequin is guaranteed to make heads turn. Sequin dresses make the best party looks, fact.
Gold and silver were the most popular sequin colors as we shall reveal. The most popular styles for partying and clubbing are one shoulder sequin and sleeveless dresses. These are especially all the rage in clubs and parties and will probably continue to be.

Kristen Stewart in Roberto Cavalli sequin
Kristen Stewart rocked the sequin at the London premiere of Twilight-Breaking Dawn 1, in a dazzling Roberto Cavalli sequin dress which featured a plunging cut out racer back. This particular dress is featured in the Cavalli SS2012 collection, which includes alot of embellished pieces that you might want to get your hands on in 2012 if you have some spare change!
Kristews black sequin frock was modified just a bit with a black sheath underneath the sequin mesh to add abit of modesty (See pic 1)
Why did she choose it? Apart from its sparkle, it has a figure flattering silhoutte in the way it molds and flatters her figure.

2011 was truly the year of Beyoncé, and Bey’s jaw dropping headline performance at Glastonbury on 26 June-backed by an all-woman band-made everyone sit upright and applaud. I received a text message from a friend as Beyoncé’ was performing, saying “Turn on your TV now”. Indeed as I watched her strutting her stuff, what blew me away the most was not only her performance but also that amazingly glitzy gold sequined jacket from Alexandre Vauthier Fall 2010 collection that she wore. Miss Selfridge one sleeve embellished dress
This particular one shoulder sparkly frock is by Miss Selfridge and we chose it as it one of the best dresses we saw last year to get your party on. It has all over sequins embellishment in gold and silver tones. It’s one sided off the shoulder styling leaving the other shoulder exposed makes It perfect for clubbing. I saw one of the girls called Joanna Lancaster wearing it on the new season 3 of ITV show Take Me Out (See Pic 3).
