Birthday Parties for 5 Year Olds, children's birthday parties

Birthday parties are so much fun for kids but are they fun for the parents? Parents usually stress over children’s birthday parties. Well, with these suggestions, if you live in or near Delaware, parties couldn’t be any easier. Most of the work is done for you at these wonderful establishments made just for kids enjoyment!

1. Brunswick Blue Hen Bowling Lanes, Newark, DE: At this bowling alley, party planning is simple and the party is a blast! Party parents simply have to pay for the party then just show up with the birthday child and a birthday cake and everything else is taken care of. The party will consist of bowling, including shoe rental, a birthday lunch and drinks, and a fun activity. When my daughter attended a party here, they had all the children dance and then sing “Happy Birthday” with 2 “characters”, Spongebob Squarepants, and Batman. In addition, they also have Cosmic Bowling where they have special lights and everything white will glow! It is pretty neat. This party would be appropriate for children ages 4-10 years old. 2. Little Gym, Middletown, DE: At the Little Gym, birthday parties are made simple for parents too. Parents provide the cake and any food but the staff will serve everything and all the parents have to do is enjoy the party. First on the agenda at a Little Gym Party are the activities in the gym. The birthday child gets to pick from a large list of games they wish to play. At least 2 staff members lead the games and exercise on the equipment, and there are more staff if the number of children is larger. There is an hour in the gym with fun music and games. Then all the children wash their hands with “magic soap” and are led into the party room. Food is served if that is brought in otherwise they move right to the cake. Staff serve the food and cake and if time allows, they even lead the opening of presents, writing down each gift and who it is from so the birthday parent will know later who gave which gift. Staff then pack up all the gifts in plastic bags for the child to take home and attach balloons to goodie bags for each child! Fun Rating 5 Stars! Ease for Parents: 5 Stars!
