After the flowers have been decided on, the type of floral arrangements to have at the wedding comes next. For a summer wedding, it’s a good idea to put summer elements in your floral arrangements. Here are some ideas for summer wedding floral arrangements.

You can use sliced citrus fruits like oranges, lemons or limes to place inside of a square glass vase filled with water. The sliced fruit should be put into the vase in a way that will have them neatly displayed and visible. Then a small arrangement of summer flowers can be placed in the vase to finish the arrangement.

Another idea is to place a tropical looking flower like a lily or freesia into a tall cylinder vase. Fill the vase with water a couple inches from the top and place a floating candle on top. The floral arrangement can be completed by placing a few bunches of summer flowers around the long cylinder vase.
