Thoroughbred racing is held each day here except Tuesdays. The oldest thoroughbred horse racing track in America, Saratoga Race Course offers a unique and entertaining experience to visitors of all ages. Gates at Saratoga Race Course open at 11:00 am on weekdays and at 10:30 am on weekends. General Admission to this horse racing track in Saratoga Springs, New York is $3 and children ages 12 and under receive free admission when accompanied by an adult. A dress code is upheld at this race track. Shoes and shirts are required in the Grandstand and in the Clubhouse no shorts, tank tops or abbreviated wear is allowed.
