There is a big world crime syndicate that has a list that is important. The syndicate is vicious and wants what it wants. Serious sounding until Inspector Lee (Jackie Chan) and Detective James Carter (Chris Tucker) step in to do some investigative work that leads them to France and in a world of trouble that they have to fight, of course, their way out of with fist and wit. Rush Hour 3.

If you did not like the first two you most defiantly will not like this one because Rush Hour 3 is similar to those two, which is good for those that liked the first two. I am one of those that liked the first two.

My favorite scene in this entire movie was when Lee and Carter are interrogating a henchman through a nun translator. They are trying to have clean language and that is the whole reason that conversation is just so freakin’ funny. I love it. It is one of the funniest scenes I have seen all summer long. It is probably the main selling point for me to even think about getting this movie.

Chan and Tucker’s chemistry on screen cannot be denied and it certainly cannot be denied if you sit and watch the clips during the credits. They have some outtakes that are funny. Chan has difficulty pronouncing one line that he has to say but then says something that Tucker was having difficulty with flawlessly. It’s great.

The humor in this movie is there. The cab driver Carter and Lee commandeer is a great asset to the movie. He could have just been another silly character but he is pretty essential to the movement of the story. He has humor moments as well. His scene that is my favorite is the one where he talks to his wife and explains to her how he is an American Spy. Funny moment.

The story is so-so. It’s nothing that is spectacular but I don’t see Rush Hour movies for the story. I see them to laugh and I laughed and therefore I’m satisfied. I also got to see a bald woman and was amazed how hot she was. You’ll see. She’s so hot without hair. I’d say hot enough that I wouldn’t care if she ever had hair ever again.

Rush Hour 3 is a rush of humor for me because the movie did not seem to lasts very long. It was over before I knew it but I was entertained during the quick pace so I do not really have much to complain about asides from the stupid woman that talked the entire movie saying dumb stupid things like, “Why is he down in the sewer in a white suit?” Uh because he CAN BE….and he WANTS TO….shut up. Gosh. She was too far for me to shout shut up at her but close enough for her loud irritating voice to grate my nerves. If I were behind her I would have kicked her chair but those that were didn’t because they were too nice.

Rush Hour 3 offers laughs. If you have a sense of humor then you’ll enjoy the laughs. If you have a sense of humor and a need for the story line to make sense then don’t bother seeing this movie. Now if only actual rush hour could be as fun as the movie blessed with its namesake….*sigh*
