Wouldn’t it be nice to find a legitimate survey site that would pay you an honest amount for your time? Most of the survey sites on the internet are scams in one way or another. Surveyhead(www.surveyhead.com) is the only one I have personally found that is legitimate and pays a fairly good rate.
The first order of business is to make sure you understand that there is no way you can make a living off of surveys. No site is going to pay you enough per hour of work for you to quit your job. Even if you get lucky and get a few high paying surveys that do not screen you out, you cant get enough of them to make a salary. On the other hand if you just want to make a few extra bucks to help out on a payment or buying a new toy for your child or you’re a stay at home mom and would like to add a few extra bucks to your income then Surveyhead is a good possibility for you.
Process:
Once you sign up on the site you need to fill out your profile surveys. These take about 2-5 minutes each and give you 20 to 50 cents each. These are used to match you with surveys that might be looking for your demographics. On the site you can see on the home page available surveys. I usually see 1 an hour or so become available. Most surveys are 1 to 3 dollars for 10-20 minutes of time. This means at best your going to be making 6-10 dollar for an hour of time. I have seen many surveys that are 1 dollar for 20 minutes though. The highest survey I have seen was 8 dollars for 20 minutes but I was screened out. I have had several other surveys in the 3-5 dollar range I have completed and were exciting. The best survey opportunities have come through email to me. They show up as a link and when you follow it, it will tell you the details
My Opinion:
As stated above, this is not something you can quit your job over. You will be making minimum wage at best and you will never have enough surveys to give you a full time worth of hours. If you dedicate yourself you may makes 20 dollars in a day but not much more. This is the best survey site that I have found and works for me.
