Review of Qupid Ocean Black Furry Faux Fur Mukluk Boots

Faux Fur, Uggs

With winter weather quickly approaching, I went on a shopping spree for warm winter boots that would offer comfort, style and of course I needed a pair of boots that would keep my feet warm. I had always had a thing against Uggs, I found them to be ugly, way too over priced, and hello they are not weather proof. Besides that though, many are made with animal skin, and I am against that.

After trying a pair on though, I realized why so many women collected Uggs, they are super comfortable.

I went on the hunt for imitations, cheap low priced boots that offered the same comfort level as a pair of Uggs. This was how I came across Qupid Ocean Black Furry Faux Fur Mukluk Boots. Not only did they appear to look more fashionable than a plain Jane pair of Uggs, but they were also only $22.00, and made with materials that did not involve the slaughter of sheep.

The only issue I had when placing my order on Amazon, was that I wondered if they would look as good in person as they did on a computer screen. Low and behold though, my new boots arrived and looked even better in person than what they looked like online. Score for me!

Appearance:

Gorgeous, and more stylish looking than an Ugg boot. The Qupid Ocean Black Furry Faux Fur Mukluk Boots are mid-calf in length, with fur lining the makeup of the boots entirety. The inside is lined with a warm white plush like material which keep your feet and calves warm.

There are 2 cute buckles at the upper calf which just add that extra bit of special flair to them.

All in all, they are adorable.

Quality:

The boots are just about as high quality as any pair of boots at this price range. However they do not fall apart, fray or look bad unless you treat them badly. Like any pair of fake suede boots, or even real suede boots, you do not want to get them wet, they are not weather proof.

The buckles and faux fur that line the boot look gorgeous and stylish, and they do not at all resemble a poor quality boot in the least.

The one oddity however about the quality was that the maker of these boots put some sort of fabric like material on the bottom of the sole, which began to peel off immediately. It didn’t peel off and ruin the shoe, but I do not know why they added it, as it peeled off and ended up all over my office carpet, which was an annoying clean up.

Overall:

The quality is fantastic, the boots are beautiful, animal friendly and keep your feet warm. They are perfect for cold days when no rain or snow is involved. If you get these wet, like Uggs, they too will not look as nice, so take care of them and you will likely have them for years. Well worth the low, low priced amount of money.
