Review of Pantene’s Expressions Conditioner

Blonde Hair, Conditioners, Pantene

I have long blonde hair which I love. However, my blonde color sometimes becomes dull. One product that I have found that really amps up my color is Pantene’s Highlighting Expressions Conditioner. Since I have blonde hair, I obviously use the Blonde Expressions Conditioner, and I highly recommend it. It also comes in Brunette Expressions and Highlighting Expressions for color-treated hair. These conditioners do not deposit color into your hair and do not contain dyes. I have only tried the Blonde Expressions version, but I would think it should be safe to say that the other versions should work just as well. They are great for moisturizing hair and I highly recommend any type of Pantene conditioner. In my experience, all Pantene conditioners leave hair soft, shiny, and healthy.

This product does what it says it should do, though. Since I have been using Pantene’s Blonde Expressions, I have noticed that my hair is much blonder and brighter than usual. I have not highlighted my hair in five months, but it actually does not look bad. I typically like to highlight my hair every six weeks, but since I have not been able to keep up with it, I chose to test this conditioner out instead. I must say that although my hair is not nearly as blonde as when I highlight regularly, it certainly does not look terrible. I noticed that my hair was lighter after only a few uses and was sold on the product from then on.

Not only is this product effective, it is easily available. Customers can find this conditioner anywhere Pantene is sold, which includes Walmart and Ulta. It is not as cheap as basic conditioners such as Suave, but it is not nearly expensive as conditioners such as Paul Mitchell. I would definitely advise spending the extra dollar or two to purchase the Pantene Expressions Conditioner as opposed to the cheap conditioners. I would not, though, spring for the expensive conditioners when this affordable, effective product is available.

The scent of this conditioner is also not too overwhelming. It smells nice, but you are not going to be smelling it in your hair all day long. In my opinion, it smells better than the original Pantene conditioners. It has a pretty smell, but I have also tried other shampoos and conditioners that smelled much better.

The main downside I see in this conditioner is that the container is rather small. It is easy to use and has an interesting design, but the amount of product that the container holds is not very much.

Overall, I would definitely say that the positives far outweigh the negatives when it comes to Pantene Expressions. I give this product two thumbs up!
