Review: KY Intense

Ky

My wife and I have seen commercials for the new KY Intense on a regular basis for the past couple of months. And, we recently got a $5 off coupon for the product so we decided to buy it.

Our love life isn’t terrible. But, with two kids in the house, including a baby, we don’t get a lot of alone time any more. And, when we do, we usually are a bit tired out (and usually end up settling for a movie or sleep). So, we will occasionally buy products like the KY Intense to help keep some sort of spark in the bedroom and help us overcome any physical limitations.

For those of you who haven’t seen this product, I’ll take a moment to explain the concept. It is a liquid that is intended to both arouse her and make the love making more enjoyable for her. In fact, it is supposed to make her “big moment” more intense.

That was a lot of promises. And, when I saw the $25 price tag on this stuff, I have to tell you, I had my doubts about it working anywhere near as well as promised. If it weren’t for the coupon, we would have left it on the shelf and, even with it; we had to debate whether or not to actually buy it.

We finally got a chance to try it the other night (the kids actually were in bed early for a change). I have to say, we were left seriously disappointed by it.

First of all, the box this thing comes in gives you the impression you are actually getting quite a bit for your money. You aren’t. That was one of the smallest vials I have ever seen. It looked like one of those sample perfumes you can buy for a couple dollars at one of our local department stores.

In the heat of the moment, my wife also discovered the KY Intense was a bit difficult to apply. It didn’t want to come out of the vial so we had an awkward minute or so that consisted of me watching her trying to get some on her fingers so she could apply it and hoping the kids wouldn’t wake up and interrupt us.

As for it working, well, I’m not her so I can’t give you a lot of specifics (and she’s not the person who will tell me a great deal of detail with something like that). But, from what she told me, it did something for her. But, it wasn’t anything overly impressive either. She basically got the same sensation she could have gotten from several other products for about a quarter of the price. It didn’t arouse her any more than she had been prior to applying it and that “big moment” didn’t feel any different than it normally does.

If this product had been sold for $5, it would have been worth buying. At $10, it would have been too expensive. The fact it was $25 shows why KY is so profitable. People probably won’t like this product as much as they advertise it but they still have to spend the money to find out.

Don’t be one of those people (like I was) and avoid wasting your money on this product.
