Pim’s Raspberry European Biscuits Review

amy's kitchen, Biscuits, Tazo

Pim’s Raspberry European Biscuits are not at all what I expected. The cookies or biscuits are soft like a pillow. The cookie or biscuit on the bottom is not too sweet. I was immediately struck by a tangy, delicious raspberry jelly in the middle that mixed with the flavor of chocolate on top.

Pim’s Raspberry European Biscuits would pair nicely with Tazo passion tea or raspberry leaf tea .

Here are a few things to know about the Pim’s Raspberry European Biscuits, which I found decadent and delicious:

No. 1: Pim’s Raspberry European Biscuits calories: two cookies contains 100 calories. I found one cookie was enough to satisfy as an after-dinner dessert.

No. 2: Pim’s Raspberry European Biscuits nutritional information: Two cookies contain 3 grams of fat, 30 mg sodium, 13 grams of sugar and less than one gram of protein.

No. 3: Pim’s Raspberry European Biscuits ingredients include raspberry filling with raspberry puree and pulp, sweet chocolate with vegetable fat coating, sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, vegetable oil shortening, wheat flour, sugar, eggs, salt and other ingredients.

No. 4: Pim’s Raspberry European Biscuits are made in Belgium. Since they are made outside the United States, always be sure to check the “best before” date. Store in a cool, dry place.

No. 5: I bought my Pim’s Raspberry European Biscuits from Public Grocery Store in Florida. I found them in the special section of the cookie and cracker aisle where they keep the gourmet and gluten-free products. The Pim’s are not gluten free. They are packaged in a rectangular prism cardboard box. The cookies or biscuits are stored in a plastic bag inside. For more information, visit them at www.LUbiscuits.com.

The package appeared to hold a dozen cookies. I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the Pim’s cookies. I typically like to support local American companies, but the imported Belgium European biscuits were delightful and surprisingly fresh and soft.

Definitely distinctive, the Pim’s Raspberry European Biscuits earned 4.8 out of 5 for taste.
