Philip Stein Teslar Watch for Better Health

Teslar was invented in 1986, emitting a frequency which strengthens the body’s electromagnetic field (EMF) and protects the body from external EMF fields, such as cell phones, computers, and most other electronic devices. The Philip Stein company says benefits from wearing the watch includes: better sleep, more energy, better reaction to stress, and a calmer feeling. Many doctors support the watch, and its benefits, but what does it really do, for the real person?

I was given a watch in 2005, and began wearing it every day. Philip Stein suggests you wear the watch as often as you can, even to bed, or to bathe. I wore mine everyday, all day, besides in the shower, on my left hand as instructed. You are supposed to wear the watch on your left hand, so it can connect with an energy meridian running through the hand (the same meridians used in acupuncture). At the time, I had terrible migraines, happening at least once a week. I had medication for it, but the medication made me feel almost as bad as the migraine.

By July 2005, I had bought another Teslar watch, as my migraines had almost completely vanished, and I wanted a watch without diamonds to wear on vacation. I still had them every now and them, but it was much better. Definitely better than prescription medicines.

So when I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia, the first thing I did was start wearing my teslar watch regularly again. As a college student, I’m surrounded by electronics: computers, wireless internet, tv, cell phones, iPods. One theory of fibromyalgia is that it caused by an abundance of toxins within the body, and couldn’t EMF toxins be considered in this? With my fibromyalgia, comes insomnia, pain, and stress/anxiety – all things that the Philip Stein Teslar watch is supposed to help with, and had helped with it before.

My health is definitely better when I have long periods of wearing the watch in a row. While I have no idea how much negative energy it is deflecting, I do know when I wear the watch for long periods, I feel better in general. I don’t think that the watch cures any disease, but I do believe that it could be part of a successful regime: good food, lower exposure to chemicals, and wear a watch that blocks some bad energy. My fibromyalgia isn’t cured, my insomnia’s still here, but I feel better. Any anyone with a chronic disease that any improvement is a good improvement. For those without a chronic disease, I would still recommend the watch. Not only is it a cool looking watch with two time zones, it will help your health. Since the body’s EMF field has just recently been acknowledged by doctors, no real studies have been done on how other EMF’s affect ours, and therefore, our health. Why take the risk?
