Parasites are creatures or organisms that live off other living creatures, known as hosts. Millions of people are unknowingly feeding these parasites all the time. So in order to maintain regularity, it is recommended to consume natural yogurt or buttermilk one hour after the zapping procedure and fresh fruits and vegetables about six hours after the zapping. This will help to maintain healthy intestinal functions. It is important also to drink plenty of water in between the sessions which will help to remove the destroyed parasites from the body.
There is no harmful side-effects from the use of parasite zapper. Some may feel a tingling sensation, others will be fatigued and some may even experience diarrhea lasting few hours after the zapping. These are normal and nothing to worry about.
