UPDATE for season seven: Pageviews suggest many of you may be finding this article wondering why “House” isn’t airing in December 2010. “House” always takes a holiday break this time of year. You can expect the show to return on January 17th, 2011.

House fans will have to wait another week for House MD season six episode six, “Known Unknowns”. The new episode will air on November 2nd, 2009 rather than the expected air date of October 26th, 2009 on FOX.
The delay in the new episode of House MD is suggested to be due to a break for Baseball, though some viewers actually have “So You Think You Can Dance?” in House MD’s usual Fox Monday slot, and the claims that base ball is to blame cannot be sourced as FOX has not explained the week break from House MD.
I may not be able to provide House MD fans with a recap this week as there is no House MD episode airing the week of October, 26th, 2009 but I can provide a brief preview of what to expect in House MD season six, episode six “Known Unknowns.
House, Cuddy and Wilson will be attending a medical conference together away from the hospital in House MD season six, episode six. During which Wilson will attempt to convince House to pursue his interest in Cuddy by asking her out, and House will rationalize why he should not.
The patient for House MD season six, episode six back at the hospital with House’s team will be a teenage girl who suffers from swelling in varies parts of her body after a night out. She fails to be honest about most things naturally, because in the words of House, “Everybody lies.” And the team has trouble finding her diagnosis.
Chase will continue to battle with his conscience over killing the dictator in House MD “The Tyrant”. Cameron will continue to feel alienated from him and tension will build.
(Sorry guys more of this story line to come, I know many House MD fans wish they would wrap up the Chase guilt side story.)
As far as teasers for the new episode of House MD which will not be airing this Monday, that’s all I can offer you. You’ll just have to wait until November 2nd, 2009 and watch for yourself. You can expect a full summary of the new episode “Known Unknowns” from me then.
