When I was a kid, my grandma would have me drink 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar every morning mixed with a full glass of water. Drinking apple cider vinegar daily via applying 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass and then filling the glass with water, or mixing apple cider vinegar with honey and consuming by the tablespoonful also detoxifies the body, cleaning out the bacteria and toxins within the body and improving circulation and strengthening vein walls for better blood flow in the body. Apple cider vinegar is best taken first thing in the morning once a day, twice a day at the onset of illness.

Apple cider vinegar is also a natural cure for acid reflux and heartburn. Consuming apple cider vinegar when heartburn or acid reflux attacks are prevalent neutralizes acids in the stomach and keeps symptoms at bay. With long term use of drinking apple cider vinegar daily, you can eradicate heartburn and acid reflux completely. A friend of mine swears by apple cider vinegar as her cure for her daily heartburn, and she claims she has not had heartburn at all for years as she drinks apple cider vinegar every day.

Apple cider vinegar contains malic acid, which when consumed dissolves uric acid that forms around joints and relieves joint pain.
