If you do not already have these materials inside your kitchen you should be able to find them in your local kitchen stores.

Now the way you make my homemade sweet maple sugar body scrub is by measuring out the 4 cups of brown sugar, 1 cup of maple syrup, ½ a cup of honey, 1 cup of olive oil, ½ a cup of sweet almond oil, and a tablespoon of vitamin E liquid and pouring them into your large mixing bowl. The way I would recommend using my homemade sweet maple sugar body scrub is by getting into the shower and getting your skin wet from head to toe. After it is best to take a large handful of the body scrub and rub it all over your skin in circular motions to help really remove all the dead skin from your body. You will notice as you use the body scrub that it isn’t sticky at all and it is gritty enough to remove the toughest dry flaky skin cells from your body while leaving your body feeling very moisturized. Once you have exfoliated your skin with the scrub it is best to rinse off with more warm water, pat your skin dry with a towel and apply your favorite body moisturizer to help keep your skin soft and protected. You should notice after using this homemade body scrub the silkiness of your skin and how glowing it appears. You can use this homemade sweet maple sugar body scrub at least twice a week.

I wish all of you who attempted to make my homemade sweet maple sugar body scrub the best of luck with making it, and I hope those of you who use my homemade body scrub will like the way it exfoliates your skin and makes your body glowing.
