Best Western Independence Park Hotel

Independence Park is a historic hotel that is 150 years old. The five story building combines historic style with modern convenience and a convenient downtown location. This historic hotel is just minutes away from many of Philadelphia’s historic attractions, government offices and corporate offices. The area surrounding Independence National Park is considered to be one of the most historic square miles in America. This historic hotel in located on Chestnut Street, in the middle of 19th century buildings. Independence Park Hotel is an Italianate building that was designed in 1856 by architect Joseph Hoxie. During its 150 year history, the building as been a brewers and a dry good store. It was converted into a hotel in the 1880. This property is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue.

Park Hyatt occupies the top eight floors of the landmark Bellevue Building. The historic hotel as hosted elegant society balls and wedding since 1904. The Latham

Construction started in 1907 on this 14 story structure that opened as Latham Apartment House in 1915. The building was converted and opened as a hotel in 1970. The boutique hotel has 138 unique guest rooms with Victorian era furnishing and detail.
